Sun in, AI-monitored video out. The SPSUmicro strips the solar platform down to the one camera a site actually needs, and puts everything that camera depends on inside a single stainless enclosure with a hand-carrier on top.
Everything in one box
Panels, battery, MPPT charge controller, PoE switch, and deterrence siren ship as one stainless enclosure. There is no second cabinet, no separate battery box, and nothing to source locally.
One camera, done right
The SPSUmicro powers a single camera — a PTZ dome or a fixed IR camera. That constraint is the point: it sizes the solar and battery to run that one view without compromise.
Swap the battery, not the unit
The 2,160 Wh lithium pack plugs in and out. A dead pack gets swapped at the pole in minutes instead of pulling the whole unit back to the shop.
Charges in the cold
A built-in heater brings the pack up to temperature so it keeps charging below freezing, down to −20 °C. Winter sites don't quietly drain to zero in January.
Reads out at the pole
Eight LEDs on the bottom of the box show solar, battery, charge, discharge, and state of charge. A tech standing under it knows the system's health before opening anything.
Sound AI deterrence
The integrated light siren listens for screams, glass break, gunshots, and spoken keywords, then fires a white, blue, or green deterrence light and talk-down audio.

- Sized to a single view
- One 150 W panel and a 2,160 Wh pack are matched to one camera's draw. Nothing is oversized to cover a load the unit doesn't carry, which is why it fits on poles the full SPSU can't.
- Serviceable in the field
- Hot-swap battery, a stainless hand-carrier for one-person placement, and a fast pole-mount bracket that takes round poles from 3.5 to 5.5 inches or square tube up to 140 mm.
- Ports for more than the camera
- Three PoE+ ports and four 12 VDC outputs leave room for the siren, a radio, or a sensor alongside the camera — plus RS485 Modbus telemetry for the solar system.

- Video and events are isolated to the customer the unit is deployed for. Footage is never pooled, never shared across accounts, and never sold.
- Detection, not recognition
- Sharpvue AI flags that a person, vehicle, or license plate is present so events stand out. It does not read, store, or share plate numbers.
