MySharpvue — Fleet Monitoring Portal

Monitored in MySharpvue.

Your video footage lives in OpenEye Web Services — but the unit itself is watched through MySharpvue, the Sharpvue fleet portal. Every Mobile Security Trailer reports where it is, how it's powered, and whether every camera, gateway, and radio is healthy — and it comes with the unit, with no add-on fees or per-unit licensing.

MySharpvue showing the live fleet map with deployed Sharpvue units across North America.
Live fleet map
Every deployed unit is a live pin on one map, with its GPS position updated in near real time.
Power & connectivity health
Battery voltage, solar harvest, load power, and cellular signal — every reading, for every unit.
Proactive alerts
Catch a unit that drops offline or loses power before it becomes a gap in coverage — or a service call.
ODIN, your AI engineer
The built-in AI agent diagnoses issues in plain language and runs remote fixes. No truck roll required.
Privacy by Design

Your data stays yours.

Some surveillance providers pool footage and vehicle data across their entire customer network. Sharpvue doesn't. Every unit works for one customer — yours.

Private to your account
Video and events are isolated to the customer the unit is deployed for. Footage is never pooled, never shared across accounts, and never sold.
Detection, not recognition
Sharpvue AI flags that a person, vehicle, or license plate is present so events stand out. It does not read, store, or share plate numbers.
No plate database
There is no shared license-plate database behind Sharpvue units — no cross-customer lookup network and no third-party data feeds.
