About the role
Sharpvue is looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to turn inbound interest and outbound outreach into long-term customer relationships. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and dealers, helping them find the right Sharpvue security solution.
What you'll do:
• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads (web inquiries, demo requests, referrals)
• Make outbound calls and emails to build pipeline with prospective customers and dealers
• Understand each prospect's needs and recommend the right Sharpvue solution
• Deliver product walkthroughs and virtual demos
• Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and close deals
• Keep the CRM accurate and manage your pipeline
• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Work closely with the dealer, support, and operations teams for smooth onboarding

What we're looking for
• 1–3+ years of inside sales, B2B, or phone-based sales experience (security, tech, or hardware a plus)
• Strong phone presence and excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and emails
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
• Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) preferred
• Familiarity with security/surveillance products is a bonus — we'll train
