Eric Arquilla
Vice President of Technology
Eric leads the development and implementation of cutting-edge surveillance technologies. With a deep expertise in system architecture, cloud solutions, and AI-driven innovations, Eric drives the company’s technological advancements to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving market. His strategic vision and dedication to excellence empower Sharpvue to deliver unmatched solutions to its customers. Colton Cipkala
Engineering Director
Colton Cipkala leads engineering functions across production systems and product development. With a background in mechanical engineering and manufacturing, he previously held roles at Bosch and Lutron Electronics, focused on product launches and production efficiency.
At Sharpvue, Colton focuses on building the systems, standards, processes, and product designs needed to support scalable growth. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and a Master's in Global Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Hamburg.

Dakota Jones
Help Desk Lead
Dakota Jones supports Sharpvue’s customers and internal teams through troubleshooting, technical support, and system diagnostics across the company’s surveillance platforms.
With a background in cybersecurity and IT, along with a degree in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina Aiken, Dakota brings a strong technical foundation and problem-solving mindset to her role.
She plays a key role in ensuring systems remain connected, operational, and performing at a high level while delivering responsive support to dealers and end users. Dakota’s attention to detail and customer-focused approach help maintain the reliability and performance standards Sharpvue is known for.

Bob Ryan
Chief Revenue Officer
Bob’s 35 years of experience in mission-critical security, IoT, and wireless connectivity aligns with Sharpvue’s mobile, remote surveillance technology ambitions. His industry expertise and track record in revenue generation are critical for scaling Sharpvue’s sales efforts and securing long-term customer relationships, contributing directly to the company’s rapid growth. As Chief Revenue Officer, Bob is responsible for building a national sales force with a robust sales pipeline, fostering reseller partnerships, and driving recurring revenue through innovative subscription models.

Director of R&D and Product Development

Director of Warehousing & Logistics
Jonathan leads day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and reliability. With over 22 years of experience in the battery industry, Jonathan has advanced from hands-on technical roles into operations leadership, gaining a deep understanding of logistics, inventory control, and team management along the way.
Throughout his career, he has been responsible for overseeing routes, managing inventory systems, and ensuring smooth operational flow across departments. Jonathan takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of quality while ensuring products are delivered on time.
His hands-on leadership style and practical approach to problem-solving reflect a strong commitment to continuous improvement and building processes that support both team success and customer satisfaction.
Daniel Sluss
Chief Operating Officer
Daniel brings 27 years of operational expertise in retail security to Sharpvue. His background in the grocery and retail industries is invaluable for Sharpvue’s target markets, including construction sites, retail centers, and utility companies. Daniel oversees production, ensuring that Sharpvue’s mobile surveillance trailers are built efficiently and with high-quality standards as the company scales to meet increasing demand. Daniel’s expertise in operations and his industry relationships ensure that Sharpvue can deliver high-quality, scalable solutions to its customers, enhancing reliability and positioning Sharpvue as a trusted partner in mobile surveillance.

With over 25 years of experience in the security and integration industry, Joe has served in multiple C-level leadership roles across several SDM 100 companies.
Focused on technology, sales, and innovation, Joe helps drive Sharpvue’s mission to deliver next-generation hardware and software solutions to a diverse network of dealers and customers. Rooted in a background in Computer Science and Computer Networking, Joe’s passion for Artificial Intelligence, Video Surveillance, and Central Station technology began through his family’s pioneering monitoring center, one of the first of its kind in New York.
At Sharpvue, Joe plays a key role in supporting multiple areas of the organization, including Sales, Delivery, Optimization, Monitoring, and Customer Success, helping ensure Sharpvue continues to set the standard for world-class surveillance solutions.

Director of Operations

Throughout his military service, Mike specialized in high-stakes operational planning and execution, developing a "mission-first" mindset that now drives Sharpvue’s commitment to reliability and rapid response. His transition from the front lines to the tech sector allows him to apply military-grade precision to the world of security and surveillance. Mike is dedicated to fostering a culture of accountability and innovation, ensuring that Sharpvue continues to deliver American-made solutions that protect people and property in any environment.
