Sharpvue, LLC. collects and stores information that can be used to uniquely contact, identify, or locate you (“personally identifiable information”) only when you expressly and knowingly provide it. You provide us basic contact information such as name, address, phone number and email address. When you subscribe to our services, you provide us your personal preferences (e.g., unit description, sensor names) in order for us to personalize your services.
Sharpvue, LLC will not disclose your personally identifiable information to any other entity except:
when you have opted in to share the information with the entity.
when we need to share the information with an entity who works on our behalf to provide the services. (These entities do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.)

Viewing, Updating, and Deleting Information

These changes will be immediately made to our records. If you wish to stop notifications, you may do so through the website.
Customers of Sharpvue, LLC. Dealers: Changes to your user profile will not affect the records of your dealer. You should contact your dealer directly to make changes to its records.

We use the Personal and Device information solely for the purpose of delivering the Services to
you, within the private account you have configured with the Services.
How You Can Control Your Information
● You can delete your account at anytime, and all Personal and Device Information, along
with any stored media (video or images) will be permanently deleted. This option is
available on the Settings page inside your account.
● You can download your stored media and archive it yourself. You can also delete
individual pieces of media that you don’t want to be saved anymore on our servers.
● You can review the information that is stored in your account by visiting the Edit Profile
menu, Edit Camera menus and the camera Timeline.
