On-Screen Annotation
On the iVue and iScope

With the iVue and iScope, it is now possible to annotate an image with text and symbols right on the machine without the use of any additional hardware or software.

The text button allows the user to place text directly onto the screen. The user then has the ability to adjust the size and appearance of the text.  Select the "Text" button to activate the virtual keyboard.

Type in the text, then select "Enter".

Right-click on the text box to bring up the "Prop editor" page, which will allow the user to adjust the size, color, and appearance of the text.

The Geometry tool allows the user to place some sort of geometry within the image. The user may place a line, a point, or may freehand draw an image/collection of points.
